At the studio’s helm is Brooklyn-born, Fashion Institute of Technology alumna, Stephanie Ogé. Her innate aesthetic was further developed during her studies at Polimoda in Florence, Italy. After a nearly a decade working as a fashion designer for various sportswear brands in New York City, Stephanie quickly fell in love with patterned textiles, dreaming of one day opening her own studio. It was on a life-altering trip to Jaipur, India - discovering indigenous techniques in natural dyeing and block printing - where her passion for textiles was truly ignited, inspiring her to pursue it full time.

A creative visionary, Stephanie finds inspiration in the grit of subway graffiti, ancient tile work, prints found in vintage clothing stores and her many travels around the world. With her talented team of designers, she translates and infuses that inventiveness into the signature prints of SOGÉ STUDIO.
